Dr. Watson is Assistant Professor of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health. He received his PhD in sociology from Loyola University Chicago and joined the faculty of IUPUI in 2011. His primary research interests are mental health and substance abuse, homelessness and housing, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based health policies and interventions.
