Person Centered Planning

Person Centered Treatment Planning (PCP) is a method for ensuring that person-centered practices (recovery-oriented practices) are supported by and reflected by organizational structures and policies. It provides a foundational framework for organizations to build sophisticated recovery-oriented service plans and treatment. The ACT Center of Indiana provides PCP training and consultation focused on assisting agencies make the shift from traditional “agency-owned treatment plans” to practicing from a person-centered approach focused on consumers’ preferences and personal recovery goals.
